Data controller
The controller responsible for your personal data is Maj100rina d.o.o., Poljički odvojak 16, 53220 Otočac, Croatia, company identification number (OIB): 25837344322. If you have any questions about privacy, please contact us at info@croatiaenduropark.hr or call +385 98 826 748.
Information we collect through enquiries
When you submit a booking enquiry, we process your first and last name, email address, telephone number if provided, preferred activity and date, number of participants, experience level, the child’s age where applicable, whether you need to hire equipment, and the message you send us.
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, check availability, arrange the activity and any required equipment, and confirm or decline the proposed date. Submitting the form is an enquiry only and does not constitute a confirmed booking.
Legal basis and required information
We process your information in order to take steps at your request before a possible service agreement, to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, on the basis of your consent. Fields marked with an asterisk are required for us to process the enquiry. Without this information, the form cannot be submitted and we cannot respond to your request.
Form security and technical logs
To protect the form from automated misuse, we temporarily use a cryptographic hash of the IP address to limit repeated attempts. The form does not store the raw IP address with your enquiry. Hosting and security systems may keep standard technical logs—such as the IP address, request time, browser and requested page—to maintain the security and reliability of the website.
Recipients of personal data
Your information is accessible only to authorised personnel at Maj100rina d.o.o. and to the hosting or email service providers required to operate the website and deliver messages. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing communications without a separate legal basis.
Google Maps and social media
The Google map is not loaded automatically. It loads only after you select “Load map”, at which point Google may process technical information in accordance with its own privacy policy. Links to Instagram and Facebook take you to external websites whose privacy practices are determined by those providers.
Cookies and analytics
We do not currently use marketing or analytics platforms on the public section of the website. WordPress, our hosting provider and security systems may use strictly necessary technical cookies for administration, security and the correct operation of the website. If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will update this policy before using them and, where required, ask visitors to make an appropriate choice.
How long we retain your information
We retain enquiry information for as long as it is needed to respond, arrange the requested date and resolve related follow-up questions. We then delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed for those purposes, unless a longer retention period is required by law or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to your personal data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing or data portability, and you may object to its processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
To exercise your rights, contact us at info@croatiaenduropark.hr. If you believe your personal data is being processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency at azop.hr.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the way the website operates, the services we use or the applicable regulations change. The current version will always be available on this page.
